On the 12 of July 2022, Wind Tre opened a complaint to the Supervisory Board raising issues related to various problems connected to the high temperatures recorded in the co-location rooms.
With the Resolution n. 10/2022 of 14 July 2022 (Wind Tre S01/2022 – “issues connected to the high temperatures recorded inside the co-location rooms of the TIM exchanges”), the Supervisory Board started a verification activity aimed at checking the reported critical issues and requesting any resolution interventions by TIM.
