The Supervisory Board (OdV) is an internal body of FiberCop S.p.A., endowed with autonomy, impartiality, and independence. It was originally established as part of the commitments voluntarily undertaken by TIM S.p.A. in 2008 (later converted into regulatory obligations by the Italian Communications Authority – AGCOM) aimed at ensuring equal access conditions to the network for all communications operators.
Following the transfer of the business unit and the corporate separation between TIM and FiberCop, which took effect on July 1, 2024, pursuant to AGCOM Resolution No. 114/24/CONS, Article 59, paragraph 4, the obligations previously incumbent on TIM were transferred to the FiberCop now controlling the primary and secondary network. For this reason, the Supervisory Board continues to monitor compliance with the provisions set forth in AGCOM Resolution No. 718/08/CONS and subsequent resolutions.
